California Consumer Privacy Act

Effective: March 18, 2020
If you are a resident of California, you have additional rights to access and control your Personal Information, including a right to request that we disclose the Personal Information we collect, use, disclose, and sell, under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

Right to Know

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to request (up to twice per 12-month period) access to the specific or categories of Personal Information Aptive has about them. Exceptions may apply.

If you are a California resident, you may submit an access request by completing the form below or calling us at 855-457-1367. To protect your Personal Information, you must provide required information and/or documentation to verify your identity. We will process verified requests within 45 days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law.

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request for a California resident, you must provide a copy of a lawful power of attorney or written signed authorization from the Consumer (along with proof of your identity). After submitting the request, you will receive an email. You can respond to this email to provide required documentation. We may contact you and/or the Consumer on whose behalf you claim to act to verify your authorization.

Right to Deletion

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to request deletion of the Personal Information Aptive has about them. Several exceptions may apply.

If you are a California resident, you may submit a deletion request by completing the form below or calling us at 855-457-1367. To prevent unauthorized individuals from making deletion requests, you must provide required information and/or documentation to verify your identity. We will process verified requests within 45 days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law.

Right to Opt-Out from the Sale of Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their Personal Information.

If you are a California resident, you may submit a do not sell request by completing the form below or calling us at 855-457-1367. We will process your request as soon as possible but please allow up to 15 business days for this to occur.

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request for a California resident, you must provide a copy of a lawful power of attorney or written signed authorization from the Consumer (along with proof of your identity). After submitting the request, you will receive an email. You can respond to this email to provide required documentation. We may contact you and/or the Consumer on whose behalf you claim to act to verify your authorization.

Non-Discrimination Notice

We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their privacy rights under law or this Privacy Policy.

California “Do Not Track” Disclosure

Do Not Track is a web browser privacy preference that causes the web browser to broadcast a signal to websites requesting that a user’s activity not be tracked. Currently, our Sites and Services do not respond to “do not track” signals.
